Delete Your LAPAN Nav Account

You can delete your LAPAN Nav account any time, even if you've removed the app. Your account and the data linked to it are removed for good.

In the App, on Any Phone or Computer

1. Open app.lapan-nav.com in any browser and sign in with the same email or Google account.
2. Go to Settings → Privacy & data → Delete my account and confirm. It's done at once.

Can't Sign in? Email Us

Email ask@lapan-nav.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and reply to tell you it's done.

What Is Deleted

• Your account and sign-in, your points, level and kilometres, your saved places and your synced settings.
• The drive logs, problem reports, place and road fixes, ideas and feedback you sent while signed in, with their screenshots and voice notes.
• Your votes on road reports, your notification devices, and the link between your account and any places you added.

What Stays, and for How Long

• Road reports you made stay on the map without your name until they expire, and are deleted 7 days after that.
• Places you added stay on the map for everyone, without your name.
• Drive logs made while signed out belong to your phone, not your account. Turn drive logs off in Settings to delete them now; otherwise they're deleted after 30 days.
• Problem reports and feedback sent while signed out aren't linked to any account and are deleted after 180 days (feedback after 365 days). Anonymous totals, like traffic speeds and search counts, have no link to you.

Only want to remove the app?

Long-press the LAPAN Nav icon and choose Remove or Uninstall. Your account stays until you delete it here.
