Is it really free?
Yes, free, always. Listing, the Verified business badge, photos and updates are free, and your listing never needs a paid plan. Paid promotion may come later, but only for businesses that choose it.
Who can see my details?
Drivers see your business name, category, address, pin, hours, phone, website and photos. Your email and name stay private and are used only to contact you about the listing.
Why can't I verify by SMS?
Every SMS costs money, even for tiny volumes. To keep LAPAN Nav free for every business, we confirm by your website's email domain, or by an SSM certificate that our team reviews.
We have many outlets. Do we add them one by one?
No. List one outlet first, then use your dashboard to upload all of them at once: an Excel or CSV file, a Google Sheets link, or a data feed we sync every month.
